Phase 01 — Enablement

AI strategy for the executive level — from buzzword to bottom line

A focused strategy and governance session (2–4 hours, a single morning is enough) for managing directors, division and department heads. Not hands-on with ChatGPT — instead: where does AI actually pay off in your business? What does the EU AI Act demand? How do you roll AI out without losing your team? Confidential setting.

Features

What you get

Your own AI roadmap to take away

You leave with a written, company-specific 12-month roadmap: which use cases, in which order, with which budget — and the expected ROI behind each.

Use-case prioritisation with ROI

Together we evaluate the most important AI use cases from your business along effort, impact and risk. By the end you know which two projects should run first — and why the others can wait.

Governance framework & AI policy

EU AI Act, GDPR and data processing explained in plain language. You receive a ready-to-use AI policy template that defines what employees may and may not do.

Confidential setting for the leadership

Confidential round for leadership only. Strategic topics and sensitive numbers stay in the room. On-site at your office or fully remote — both work equally well.

Florian Wicher

Co-Founder · AI Strategy & Cloud Architecture

I have several years of experience implementing AI into real business processes — from the first use-case assessment to live, productive systems. I've trained AI models myself and operated them on highly sensitive data, so I know first-hand what really matters for privacy, governance and model quality. As an AWS Solutions Architect Professional I designed and built a central AI gateway for a Tier-1 DAX corporation that carried hundreds of thousands of euros of AI traffic per month. In the same environment I designed, hardened and operated firewalls and guardrails for AI applications at DAX-grade scale. That combination — cloud depth plus real production experience with large, sensitive AI workloads — is what I bring into every training.

Process

Topics of the morning

1

Where AI stands in 2026 — and where it doesn't

Clear orientation beyond marketing claims: what can language models, agents and automation realistically deliver today? Where does real competitive advantage emerge, where is it just expensive theatre? Industry examples included.

2

Find & prioritise use cases

Structured method to identify AI potential along your value chain. Evaluation by effort, impact and strategic relevance. ROI estimates for the top candidates.

3

EU AI Act, GDPR & governance

What's coming at you from the regulator? Which AI systems fall into which risk class? What needs to be documented internally? Practical checklists and a governance framework that scales with you.

4

Roll-out & change management

How do you introduce AI without resistance from the team? Communication strategy, training plan, pilot groups, success metrics. What leaders must demonstrate themselves — and which mistakes typically happen.

Target audience

Who this training is for

A fit if …

  • Managing directors, division and department heads of mid-sized companies (30–500 employees)
  • You're under AI pressure (market, board, employees) but have no clear strategy
  • You want to understand and decide, not build it yourself
  • You need a defensible decision base before a larger investment

Not the right fit if …

  • Operational employees who want hands-on ChatGPT training — that's our AI & Prompting Training
  • IT leaders looking for technical depth on LLMs — that's our AI 2.0 Workshop
  • Companies that already have a worked-out AI roadmap
